अध्याय 91: अरिष्ट-लक्षण, मृत्यु-संस्कार, पाशुपत-धारणा तथा ओङ्कार-उपासना

द्वादशाध्यात्ममित्येवं योगधारणमुच्यते शतमर्धशतं वापि धारणां मूर्ध्नि धारयेत्

dvādaśādhyātmamityevaṃ yogadhāraṇamucyate śatamardhaśataṃ vāpi dhāraṇāṃ mūrdhni dhārayet

Так это называется йогической дхараной, основанной на двенадцатичастной внутренней (адхьятма) дисциплине. Следует удерживать это сосредоточение на темени головы — на сто счётов или хотя бы на пятьдесят — прочно закрепив там ум в устойчивом удержании.
