कालान्तरवशाद्योगाद् दम्यते परमादरात् तथा परिचयात्स्वास्थ्यं समत्वं चाधिगच्छति
kālāntaravaśādyogād damyate paramādarāt tathā paricayātsvāsthyaṃ samatvaṃ cādhigacchati
С течением времени, благодаря непрерывной практике и йоге, совершаемой с высочайшим благоговением, ум обуздывается. Постоянно сродняясь с этой дисциплиной, человек достигает внутренней устойчивости и равновесия взгляда — достойного того, чтобы Пашу (индивидуальная душа) ослабила узы (паша) под милостью Пати, Шивы.
