sūta uvāca kathitaṃ tathyam evātra yuṣmābhir munipuṅgavāḥ tathāpi śraddhayā dṛśyaḥ pūjyaḥ saṃbhāṣya eva ca
Сута сказал: «О лучшие из мудрецов, сказанное вами здесь — воистину истина. И всё же к Нему следует приближаться с шраддхой: созерцать с благоговением, почитать и обращаться к Нему с уважением».
Sūta (Sūta Gosvāmin)
It teaches that correct understanding must be completed by śraddhā—seeking Shiva’s darśana, performing pūjā, and approaching the Linga with reverent speech and conduct.
Shiva is implied as Pati—the supreme Lord who is not merely known conceptually but is to be directly approached through devotional reverence, indicating transcendence accessible by grace and right attitude.
It emphasizes devotional discipline: darśana (sacred beholding), pūjā (ritual worship), and respectful saṃbhāṣaṇa (address), which support Pāśupata-oriented purification of the paśu (bound soul).
