FAQs

It teaches that śauca (ritual purity) in Shiva-puja—using properly purified, sanctified water—can yield immense merit quickly, emphasizing disciplined worship as a potent means to approach Pati (Shiva).

Shiva-tattva is approached through purification and right observance: when the pashu (bound soul) removes mala through śauca and vrata, Shiva’s grace is invoked, and merit that normally requires long penance becomes accessible.

A prayāścitta-oriented purification practice: preparing gandha-gomaya water strained through cloth for ritual use—an outer discipline supporting inner purification aligned with Pāśupata-oriented restraint and devotion.
