Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames the universe as a regulated, Shiva-governed order; Linga worship mirrors this alignment—bringing the pashu (soul) into harmony with Pati’s law and loosening pasha (bondage) through disciplined devotion.
Shiva-tattva is implied as the supreme regulator and ground of ṛta: the luminaries move in fixed sequence and lawful patterns because the Lord’s sustaining power establishes their stations and motions.
A practical takeaway is rhythmic discipline—regular japa, vrata, and meditation timed with day-night cycles and sacred calendrical observances (nakshatra/tithi awareness), supporting Pashupata-style steadiness of mind.
