ध्रुवेण प्रगृहीते वै विचक्राश्वे च रज्जुभिः भ्रमन्तमनुगच्छन्ति ध्रुवं रश्मी च तावुभौ

Transliteration

dhruveṇa pragṛhīte vai vicakrāśve ca rajjubhiḥ bhramantamanugacchanti dhruvaṃ raśmī ca tāvubhau

Translation

Крепко удерживаемый Дхрувой (Полярной звездой) и привязанный верёвками к небесной колеснице с её колесом и конями, эти двое—Дхрува и направляющий луч—следуют вращающемуся пути, поддерживая упорядоченное обращение небес. Так космос движется по установлению Владыки (Пати), тогда как мир пашу остаётся связанным ритмом кармы и времени.
