Это было обретено Вишну через Уттанападу ради дела его отца. Воды, хотя и выпиваются Солнцем, в свой срок вновь совершают путь по мерному установлению Луны — так продолжается космический ритм под высшим водительством Владыки (Пати).
Suta Goswami
It frames nature’s cycles (sun’s drying, moon’s restoring) as ordered movement under a higher Lordship—supporting Linga worship as reverence to Pati, the unseen regulator behind visible cosmic functions.
Though Shiva is not named, the verse implies a supreme governance beyond the luminaries: in Shaiva Siddhanta, such orderly recurrence belongs to Pati (Shiva), who directs the tattvas and their functions without being limited by them.
The takeaway is contemplative Pāśupata orientation: meditate on cyclic phenomena as signs of Pati’s niyati (cosmic order), cultivating detachment from pasha-bound appearances and steadiness in worship.
