Transliteration

haṁsa-pārāvata-vrātais tatra tatra nikūjitam kṛtrimān manyamānaiḥ svān adhiruhyādhiruhya ca

Translation

В том дворце то тут, то там раздавалось сладостное курлыканье стай лебедей и голубей. Были там и искусственные лебеди и голуби, столь похожие на живых, что настоящие лебеди, принимая их за своих, снова и снова взлетали и садились на них; так весь дворец дрожал от птичьих голосов.
