न स्तुवीत न निन्देत कुर्वत: साध्वसाधु वा । वदतो गुणदोषाभ्यां वर्जित: समदृङ्मुनि: ॥ १६ ॥
na stuvīta na nindeta kurvataḥ sādhv asādhu vā vadato guṇa-doṣābhyāṁ varjitaḥ sama-dṛṅ muniḥ
Святой мудрец, видящий всех равно, не зависит от мирского «хорошо» и «плохо». Наблюдая, как другие совершают добро или зло и говорят верно или неверно, он никого не хвалит и не порицает.
