ये शालाः परिनृत्यन्ति सायं गर्दभनादिनः । कुसूला ये च कुक्षिलाः ककुभाः करुमाः स्रिमाः । तानोषधे त्वं गन्धेन विषूचीनान् वि नाशय
yé śālā́ḥ pari-nṛ́tyanti sāyáṃ gardabha-nādínaḥ | kusū́lā yé ca kukṣilā́ḥ kakúbhāḥ karúmā́ḥ srímā́ḥ | tā́n oṣadhe tváṃ gándhena viṣūcī́nān ví nāśaya
Those Shālā-haunters who dance about at evening, braying with ass-like cries; those of the granary, and the belly-haunters, the hunch-backed, the sooty, the oozing—those cross-going mischief-makers, O Herb, do thou, by thy fragrance, scatter and destroy.
Те, что по вечерам вокруг пляшут, ослиным ревом ревут — шала́-скитальцы; те, что в амбаре, и те, что в чреве обитают; горбатые, закопчённые, сочащиеся — те, что поперёк ходят, вред творя: о Оṣadhi, Трава-целительница, благоуханием своим их рассеки, разгони и уничтожь.
