जनपदमूला दुर्गकोशदण्डसेतुवार्त्तारम्भाः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२९ ॥

Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

Укрепления, казна, принудительная сила (наказание/войско), ирригационные сооружения (плотины/каналы), хозяйственная деятельность и все начинания укоренены в сельской стране (джанападе).
