अकामायाः शत्यो दण्ड आत्मरागार्थं शुल्कदानं च ॥ कZ_०४.१२.२१ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ śatyo daṇḍa ātmarāgārthaṃ śulkadānaṃ ca

Translation

Если она не согласна (не дает согласия), штраф составляет сто пан; и он также должен уплатить выкуп за невесту, как средство добиться её принятия/привязанности (ātmarāga).
