Related Themes: Agni Purana 379.64 (mokṣa by jñāna; all-pervading Viṣṇu); Agni Purana 379.65 (sky analogy for apparent difference)
It imparts Advaita-vidyā: the contemplative knowledge that all beings are to be seen as non-different from the one Ātman, arising from proper instruction (upadeśa).
Alongside ritual, temple, polity, and other sciences, the Agni Purana also preserves liberation-philosophy; this verse exemplifies its Vedāntic strand by presenting a concise result of teaching—abheda-darśana (seeing non-difference).
The instruction culminates in a transformed vision—non-dual perception—reducing ego-based separation and supporting liberation (mokṣa) through steady Self-identification rather than external distinctions.
