Brahmā (deduced for Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa context)
Tirtha: Ayodhyā-Sarayū tīrtha (for Guru-śānti)
Type: ghat
Scene: A homa altar near the river; a priest completes offerings; a devotee presents a small golden image of Bṛhaspati wrapped in yellow cloth for donation at the water’s edge.
Ritual power is completed through offering: homa is crowned by dāna, expressing surrender and gratitude to the divine Guru.
The rite is intended for the same Ayodhyā tīrtha being praised—Bṛhaspati-kuṇḍa (contextual).
Perform homa, create a gold image of Bṛhaspati (Guru), and offer it as dāna in the water, with pītāmbara (yellow cloth).
