Agastya
Tirtha: Kṣīrodaka
Type: kund
Scene: Sage Agastya, seated in a hermitage setting, points out a luminous tīrtha called Kṣīrodaka; the water appears milky-bright, with lotuses and gentle ripples; a path leads northwest from Sītākuṇḍa.
Sacred geography is a dharmic map: approaching the right tīrtha with faith gathers puṇya and removes duḥkha.
Kṣīrodaka tīrtha, situated northwest of Sītākuṇḍa in the Ayodhyā sacred landscape.
No specific rite yet—this verse introduces the tīrtha and its location and praise.
