नानादेशान्समाक्रम्य चतुरंगबलान्वितः । भूतानि वशमानीय वसु जग्राह दण्डतः

nānādeśānsamākramya caturaṃgabalānvitaḥ | bhūtāni vaśamānīya vasu jagrāha daṇḍataḥ

Marchando por muitas terras, amparado por um exército de quatro divisões, ele submeteu os opositores e tomou riquezas pela força do castigo, a legítima coerção real.
