Transliteration

tato rathasthitaṃ devaṃ pūjayedgaruḍadhvajam | kārttikāṃte ca vipreṃdrā gomatyudadhisaṃgame

Translation

Então deve-se adorar o Senhor de estandarte de Garuḍa, enquanto Ele permanece sobre o carro; e, ao fim de Kārttika, ó melhor dos brāhmaṇas, (faz-se isso) na confluência do Gomatī com o oceano.
