Transliteration

tasyāṃ hi gomatīsnānaṃ dviṣaṅgodāvarīphalam | avagāhitā prayatnena siṃhāṃte gautamī sakṛt

Translation

Nessa ocasião, o banho na Gomati (Gomatī) concede o fruto de um mérito duas vezes maior que o célebre da Godāvarī. Quem, com esforço, se banha uma só vez na Gautamī ao fim de Siṃha (Leão) alcança esse mesmo fruto.
