yā gatirmātṛbhaktānāṃ dvādaśīṃ vedhavarjitām | kurvatāṃ jāgaraṃ viṣṇornṛtyatāṃ gāyatāṃ phalam
—e também o destino dos devotos de suas mães; e o fruto daqueles que, numa Dvādaśī sem vedha (correta segundo os astros), fazem vigília para Viṣṇu, dançando e cantando em devoção.
