Transliteration

mūlasthānaṃ ca deveśa saṃsnāpya pravilepayet | pūjayiṣyati vastrādyaiḥ svaśaktyā bhūṣaṇaistathā

Translation

Ó Senhor dos deuses! Tendo banhado (a deidade) em Mūlasthāna, deve-se ungi-la e perfumá-la; e adorá-la com vestes e outras oferendas, bem como com ornamentos conforme as próprias posses.
