शास्ता भवान्प्रजानां हि न न्यायेन नियोक्ष्यति । भविष्यति भवांस्तस्मात्कृकलासो न संशयः
śāstā bhavānprajānāṃ hi na nyāyena niyokṣyati | bhaviṣyati bhavāṃstasmātkṛkalāso na saṃśayaḥ
“Embora sejas o castigador e governante do povo, não o administras segundo a justiça. Portanto, tornar-te-ás um lagarto—sem dúvida alguma.”
