Transliteration

taṃ dṛṣṭvā pūjayāmāsa śāstradṛṣṭena vartmanā | pratyutthānābhivādābhyāmarghyapādyādibhistathā

Translation

Ao vê-lo, honrou-o segundo o caminho prescrito pelos śāstras: levantou-se para recebê-lo, prestou reverência e ofereceu arghya, água para os pés e outros ritos de acolhida.
