arbude gautamī yātrā siṃhasthe ca bṛhaspatau | amāyāṃ somavāreṇa dviṣaḍgodāvarīphalam

Em Arbuda, a peregrinação à Gautamī (Godāvarī) quando Bṛhaspati (Júpiter) está em Leão (Siṃhastha), se realizada no dia de amāvasyā que cai numa segunda‑feira, concede mérito igual ao fruto de banhar-se seis vezes na Godāvarī.
