सूत उवाच । एवं दत्त्वा वरं तस्य वसिष्ठो भगवान्मुनिः । नंदिवर्द्धनमभ्येत्य वाक्यमेतदुवाच ह
sūta uvāca | evaṃ dattvā varaṃ tasya vasiṣṭho bhagavānmuniḥ | naṃdivarddhanamabhyetya vākyametaduvāca ha
Sūta disse: Tendo assim concedido a ele uma dádiva, o bem-aventurado sábio Vasiṣṭha aproximou-se de Nandivardhana e proferiu estas palavras.
