Transliteration

devā ūcuḥ | kaliṃgena vayaṃ devi nirastāḥ saṃgare muhuḥ | tena vyāptamidaṃ sarvaṃ trailokyaṃ sacarācaram

Translation

Disseram os devas: Ó Deusa, Kaliṅga tem-nos repelido repetidas vezes na batalha. Por ele, tudo isto—os três mundos inteiros, com o que se move e o que não se move—foi tomado e dominado.
