sa dṛṣṭvā sammukhaṃ prāptaṃ samīpaṃ pannagottamaḥ | praviveśa bilaṃ raudramandhakāreṇa saṃvṛtam

Translation

Vendo-o chegar de frente e aproximar-se, o melhor dos serpentes entrou numa caverna terrível, coberta por densa escuridão.
