यदा गुरुः प्रसन्नात्मा तस्य विश्वं प्रसीदति । गुरुश्च तोषितो येन संतुष्टाः पितृदेवताः
yadā guruḥ prasannātmā tasya viśvaṃ prasīdati | guruśca toṣito yena saṃtuṣṭāḥ pitṛdevatāḥ
Quando o coração do guru se alegra, o mundo inteiro se torna favorável ao discípulo. E aquele que satisfaz o guru também satisfaz os ancestrais (pitṛ) e os deuses.
