तदाम्बिकाह स्वपतिं महेशं मया जितोऽस्यद्य न विस्मयोऽत्र । एवमुक्त्वा तदा शंभुं करे गृह्य वरानना । जितोऽसि त्वं न संदेहस्त्वं न जानासि शंकर
tadāmbikāha svapatiṃ maheśaṃ mayā jito'syadya na vismayo'tra | evamuktvā tadā śaṃbhuṃ kare gṛhya varānanā | jito'si tvaṃ na saṃdehastvaṃ na jānāsi śaṃkara
Então Ambikā disse ao seu esposo, Maheśa: “Hoje eu te venci — nisso não há espanto.” Tendo falado assim, a Deusa de belo rosto tomou Śambhu pela mão e disse: “Estás derrotado — sem dúvida. Ó Śaṅkara, tu não compreendes.”
