śaktyā tayā mahābāhurājaghāna stanāṃtare | tārakaṃ hyasuraśreṣṭhaṃ kumāro balavattaraḥ
Com aquela lança sagrada, Kumāra, de braços poderosos, feriu Tāraka, o mais excelente dos Asuras, entre os peitos. Pois Kumāra, ainda mais forte, abateu o primeiro dos Asuras.
