यदा ते ह्यसुरा देवैः पातिताश्च पुनःपुनः । तदा वृत्रो महातेजाः शतक्रतुमुपाव्रजत्
yadā te hyasurā devaiḥ pātitāśca punaḥpunaḥ | tadā vṛtro mahātejāḥ śatakratumupāvrajat
Quando aqueles Asuras eram derrubados repetidas vezes pelos Devas, então Vṛtra, de esplendor imenso, avançou em direção a Śatakratu (Indra).
