श्रुत्वा प्रयातं देवेंद्रं ब्रह्मा लोकपितामहः । उपयातोऽथ देवेंद्र स्वकमण्डलुवारिणा । अस्पृशल्लब्धसंज्ञोऽभूत्तत्क्षणाच्च पुरंदरः
śrutvā prayātaṃ deveṃdraṃ brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | upayāto'tha deveṃdra svakamaṇḍaluvāriṇā | aspṛśallabdhasaṃjño'bhūttatkṣaṇācca puraṃdaraḥ
Ao ouvir que Indra havia fugido, Brahmā, o avô dos mundos, foi até ele; então, ó Indra, tocou-o com a água de seu próprio kamaṇḍalu, e naquele mesmo instante Purandara recobrou a consciência.
