राजा पापयुतो यस्मिन्राष्ट्रे वसति तत्र वै । दुर्भिक्षं चैव मरणं तथैवोपद्रवा द्विजाः
rājā pāpayuto yasminrāṣṭre vasati tatra vai | durbhikṣaṃ caiva maraṇaṃ tathaivopadravā dvijāḥ
