ततो वज्रेण महता दानवानवधीद्रणे । शिरसि च्छेदिताः केचित्केचित्कंधरतो हताः
tato vajreṇa mahatā dānavānavadhīdraṇe | śirasi ccheditāḥ kecitkecitkaṃdharato hatāḥ
Então, com o poderoso Vajra, ele matou os Dānavas na batalha: alguns foram decapitados, e outros tombaram atingidos no pescoço e nos ombros.
