आलोकितास्तथा देवास्तया लक्ष्म्या श्रियान्विताः । सञ्जातास्तत्क्षणादेव राज्य लक्षणलक्षिताः । दैत्यास्ते निःश्रिका जाता ये श्रियाऽनवलोकिताः
ālokitāstathā devāstayā lakṣmyā śriyānvitāḥ | sañjātāstatkṣaṇādeva rājya lakṣaṇalakṣitāḥ | daityāste niḥśrikā jātā ye śriyā'navalokitāḥ
Os Devas sobre os quais Lakṣmī (Śrī) lançou o seu olhar, naquele mesmo instante, ficaram dotados de prosperidade e marcados pelos sinais da soberania. Mas os Daityas que Śrī não fitou tornaram-se despojados de esplendor e fortuna.
