Transliteration

tadvākyasamakālaṃ ca kauśikatvamidaṃ mama | etāvaṃti dinānyāsīdaṣṭāviṃśaddinaṃ vidheḥ

Translation

Desde o exato momento em que aquelas palavras foram proferidas, sobre mim veio o estado de ‘Kauśika’; durou apenas tantos dias — vinte e oito dias, ó tu que estás ordenado pelo destino.
