बालको बक इत्येवं प्रतीतोऽतिप्रियः पितुः । चपलोऽतीव बालत्वे निसर्गादेव भद्रक
bālako baka ityevaṃ pratīto'tipriyaḥ pituḥ | capalo'tīva bālatve nisargādeva bhadraka
Quando eu era apenas uma criança, era conhecido pelo nome de «Baka» e era muitíssimo querido por meu pai; e, na infância, eu era por natureza muito inquieto, ó virtuoso.
