Transliteration

vṛkṣeṇāhatya madreśo nadīṃ śuṣkāṃ prasāritaḥ | rājarājastathā yena jarāsaṃdho nipātitaḥ

Translation

Com um golpe de árvore, o senhor de Madra foi derrubado; um rio ressequido foi feito correr novamente; e do mesmo modo Jarāsandha—rei dos reis—foi abatido por ele.
