Transliteration

patitā guravastyājyā mātā ca na kathaṃcana | garbhadhāraṇapoṣābhyāṃ tena mātā garīyasī

Translation

Ainda que os mestres tenham caído da reta conduta, podem ser deixados; mas a mãe não deve ser abandonada em circunstância alguma. Por carregar a gestação e por nutrir, a mãe é, por isso, a mais venerável.
