अर्जुन उवाच । योगस्वरूपमिच्छामि श्रोतुं नारद तत्त्वतः । योगं सर्वे प्रशंसंति यतः सर्वोत्तमोत्तमम्

arjuna uvāca | yogasvarūpamicchāmi śrotuṃ nārada tattvataḥ | yogaṃ sarve praśaṃsaṃti yataḥ sarvottamottamam

Arjuna disse: “Ó Nārada, desejo ouvir, em verdade, a natureza real do Yoga; pois todos louvam o Yoga como o supremo entre os supremos.”
