Transliteration

ākāreṇa jagatsaṣṭistathānugraha eva ca | pralayasyādhikāraṃ ca lokacitrapravartanam

Translation

Criar o universo pela mera forma —ou intenção—, e também conceder graça; ter autoridade até sobre o pralaya (dissolução); e pôr em movimento maravilhosas manifestações nos mundos—tais são os poderes enumerados.
