कामरूपभवं कुंडं वृक्षास्ते चापि भारत । संलीनास्तन्महाश्चर्यं ममाजायत चेतसि
kāmarūpabhavaṃ kuṃḍaṃ vṛkṣāste cāpi bhārata | saṃlīnāstanmahāścaryaṃ mamājāyata cetasi
Ó Bhārata, aquele kuṇḍa nascido de Kāmarūpa — e até mesmo aquelas árvores — pareceram como que fundidos. Disso nasceu em minha mente um grande assombro.
