Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 57

लक्षद्वादशसाहस्रषण्नवत्यधिकाः पराः । अष्टौ लक्षाश्चतुःषष्टिसहस्राणि च द्वापरः

lakṣadvādaśasāhasraṣaṇnavatyadhikāḥ parāḥ | aṣṭau lakṣāścatuḥṣaṣṭisahasrāṇi ca dvāparaḥ

Diz-se que o Tretā-yuga é de doze lakhs, noventa e seis mil, com mais mil anos adicionais; e o Dvāpara-yuga é de oito lakhs e sessenta e quatro mil anos (na medida humana).
