कानेमिरुवाच । नग्नेन सह को युध्येद्धतेनापि च येन वा । शंसत्सु दैत्यवीराणामुपहासः प्रजायते
kānemiruvāca | nagnena saha ko yudhyeddhatenāpi ca yena vā | śaṃsatsu daityavīrāṇāmupahāsaḥ prajāyate
Kānemiru disse: “Quem lutaria com um homem nu—ou com aquele que por ele já foi derrubado? Se o fizermos, enquanto os heróis daitya observam e se vangloriam, surgirá o escárnio contra nós.”
