सविषाश्च कृता नागा निर्विषाः पादकुट्टनैः । पर्वताः पर्वतैरेव निरुच्छ्वासा भृशं कृताः
saviṣāśca kṛtā nāgā nirviṣāḥ pādakuṭṭanaiḥ | parvatāḥ parvataireva nirucchvāsā bhṛśaṃ kṛtāḥ
Os Nāgas foram tornados peçonhentos — ou privados do veneno — pelos golpes de pisoteio dos pés. E as montanhas, golpeadas por outras montanhas, ficaram gravemente aturdidas, como sem fôlego no esmagamento da batalha.
