तद्दृष्ट्वा चातिहृष्टोहमासं रोमांचकंचुकः । अब्रवं मुनिशार्दूलं हर्षगद्गदया गिरा
taddṛṣṭvā cātihṛṣṭohamāsaṃ romāṃcakaṃcukaḥ | abravaṃ muniśārdūlaṃ harṣagadgadayā girā
Ao vê-lo, fiquei sobremodo jubiloso, com o corpo tomado de arrepio; e, com a voz trêmula de alegria, falei àquele tigre entre os sábios.
