जलांतरप्रविष्टस्य तस्य पत्नी महाव्रता । तस्यैव तीरे सरसस्तत्परा मौनमाश्रिता

jalāṃtarapraviṣṭasya tasya patnī mahāvratā | tasyaiva tīre sarasastatparā maunamāśritā

Quando o esposo entrou nas águas, sua esposa—firme no grande voto—permaneceu na própria margem do lago, toda voltada para ele, observando o voto de silêncio.
