लोकैरप्युषितं लोकं श्यामलांगैश्च लोमशैः । गणौ कथयतां केमी को लोकः पुण्यतः कुतः
lokairapyuṣitaṃ lokaṃ śyāmalāṃgaiśca lomaśaiḥ | gaṇau kathayatāṃ kemī ko lokaḥ puṇyataḥ kutaḥ
«Este mundo é habitado por muitos seres, de membros escuros e peludos. Ó Gaṇas, explicai: quem são estes, que mundo é este, e de que espécie de mérito ele nasce?»
