न बलं प्रभवेदत्र न किंचिदपि पौरुषम् । अहो प्रयत्नो देवानामेतत्पीयूषरक्षणे
na balaṃ prabhavedatra na kiṃcidapi pauruṣam | aho prayatno devānāmetatpīyūṣarakṣaṇe
«Aqui a força bruta não prevalece, nem tampouco a valentia meramente humana. Admirável, de fato, é o esforço dos deuses para guardar este pīyūṣa, o néctar!»
