Transliteration

prajānāṃ raṃjanādrājā yeyaṃ rūḍhirupārjitā | tasyāṃ rūḍhyāṃ pranaṣṭāyāṃ rājyameva vinaṃkṣyati

Translation

Porque alegra e sustenta o povo, é chamado «rājā»; assim se firmou o sentido. Quando esse vínculo e esse significado se perdem, o próprio reino se desfaz.
