षण्मासमृत्योर्मर्त्यस्य कंठोष्ठरसना रदाः । शुष्यंति सततं तद्वद्विच्छायास्तालुपंचमाः
ṣaṇmāsamṛtyormartyasya kaṃṭhoṣṭharasanā radāḥ | śuṣyaṃti satataṃ tadvadvicchāyāstālupaṃcamāḥ
Para o mortal que há de morrer dentro de seis meses, a garganta, os lábios, a língua e os dentes secam continuamente; do mesmo modo o palato, como o quinto, torna-se sem brilho e perde sua cor natural.
